Raspberries, blueberries and pears arranged rum
Because it's time to get the blueberry out of his pie.
You need a tray of blueberries and other raspberries per litre, and two to three abated pears. Try to provide yourself with everything in organic form.
Wash raspberries and blueberries thoroughly. Let them dry before putting them in alcohol. Peel the pears and remove the seeds. You need to sweeten a little more, to compensate for the acidity of the red fruits: four tablespoons of liquid sugar.
The raspberries will fade, don't worry, the rum recovers everything. This transfer gives it a pink eye and purple reflections.
In mouth, it will have a sweet taste and a fluid texture (it is not necessary to filter it).
Rum raspberry blueberry pear offers sweet (brown sugar) and fruity (red and yellow fruits) aromas. If you like this fruit mixture, you can also try the Lychee Arranged Rum recipe. For arranged rums with more than three fruits, like this one, you can suggest to your guests to guess the composition of your rum in blind test! Since the task is particularly difficult, define proportional stakes: the winner can take the bottle with him/her. Enjoy the Raspberries, blueberries and pears arranged rum recipe!
